1 - International Customers

Yes, I ship internationally!
Please read the information below before placing your order.
All prices are in Brazilian Real (BRL/ R$)

2 - Rates and Delivery

All orders vacuum packed and are shipped either via STANDARD or EXPRESS shipping according to the customers' choice.
  ★ STANDARD takes about 15~20 days to be delivered and is registered, that means that the tracking number may not work in all countries.
  ★ EXPRESS takes about 8 days to be delivered and is tracked.

Parcels sent with insurance will have the full price of the items declared on the customs declaration form.

I know the shipping fee is really expensive so to avoid paying more on the shipping fee than on the product itself always try to buy more than one item at once or talk to a friend to make a small group order.
The shipping fee doesn't change much for parcels under 500g to those weighting between 500g and 1kg, so if you buy with a friend the shipping fee will be shared and you'll be paying less than the price you'd pay for one item only. :)

3 - Tracking Number

All parcels are registered but sometimes AIRMAIL tracking may not work in all countries.
Your parcel is posted during the manufacturing period (for commissions) or within 5 working days (for in stock products) however it may take up to 3 working days after the parcel is posted until you receive an email with your shipping notice and the tracking code.
It is the customer's duty to follow tracking updates and contact me as soon as possible when there is any problem;
In case of problems occurred during delivery I will do everything possible to ensure that it is solved as fast as possible.

4 - Customs and Duties

MeLikesTea is not responsible by any means for the custom fees or duties you may have to pay once the parcel arrives in your country.

5 - Returns and Refunds

All items are handmade and examined before being sent to you, therefore there will be no returns or refunds once you receive your items unless there are items missing in you package and you can prove that, therefore, I recommend you record the opening of your package in order to have consistent proof of my mistake.
If your item was damaged during the shipping it is important that you have proofs so I can contact the Post Office and demand a refund from them in order to pay your refund. Please, notice that lost parcels are not MLT's fault and therefore I will need the post office's cooperation to be able to help you solve such issue.

6 - Combined Order Cotton Candy Feet + MeLikesTea

It is possible to combine your order from MLT and CCF to reduce your expenses with shipping fee compared to buying from each store separately.
If you are purchasing from both stores please select "Combined Order CCF+MLT" as your shipping method during checkout, you will receive a separate invoice regarding the shipping fee for the products of both stores.
